Senolio

 

A wonderful fruity olive oil with a taste of artichoke and fresh apple and a slightly peppery hit to the back of the throat. 

 

Perfect for cooking, delicious as a dressing for simple salads, and adds a final twist when added to any finished pasta or risotto dishes.  At least 15 litres of this oil is easy to use in your kitchen over the course of a year.

  • Bosana, Manna, and Semidana olives

  • Picked by hand or mechanical shaker

  • Transported to mill in small 5 kilo aerated crates

  • Cold-pressed in a continuous-cycle press within 6 hours of picking

  • Yellow in colour 

  • Fruttato medio
